Just to let you guys know, I am only 17 years old and I need some help. Any suggestions you think I should make to the car once I get it? I am trying to get a car that's fully black but has some red on it to make it extra hot.

Could you guys make me a list of things to add on? Such as, if I should color the break calibers red, or get a loudmouth exhaust system installed. Anything you guys think I should do? Right now my spending limit is around 3k.. on the car, so please give me all the information you could to help me out. Do remember I am new to all this, and well admit it I am a noob, I do not know what I am doing.
