I need help what would be the best way to make my 2010 rs as fast as possible without super charging it! Please list the exact order I should do it in. thank you!

Did not realize there was a 2010 RS. What engine does it have?

 

There wasn't a specific RS. LS, 1LT, 2LT, 1SS, and 2SS were what was offered. LS and LTs had the V6. 1SS was the LS3 w/M6. 2SS was a L99 w/auto. The RS was just a visual package like before but could be applied to the LT or SS trims. My guess though, he has the V6 and wants to make it faster than a stock V8.

 

That V6 is a very nice engine, but very complicated to work on due to variable cam timing and direct injection. It can be done but it won't be cheap. At 300+ HP is basically maxed out by the factory.

You might be able to get a full system, intake and program tune. Might.....

yep, as high tech as this engine is I dont know why you would want to screw with it and risk screwing it up just to get another 10 horses. funny how someone can have a great new car and still not be happy untill they **** it up.
