insight on the 3.6
im hoping to find someone who is more than familiar with the 3.6 motor. i own a 94 3.4 and as much as i love her, there isnt very much i can do to the motor. obviously, just like anyone else, im looking for more power. before anyone says anything, NO IM NOT GOING TO LS/LT SWAP IT. my build is going to remain v6. no v8. if you have anything to say about that, take it somewhere else.
now that i have that outta the way, my plan is to swap the 3.6 into my 94 but i know nothing about the 3.6. is someone willing to share their knowledge?

I can tell you this the new 3.6l compared to the old 3.4l ,is like night an day , ,the new 2017 I think 16 are making 325hp the same as some stock ls v8 engines ,so there very high performance engines ,,for the cost your better off to put ls engine in it ,an the transmission would not work ,you can buy an ls car for less then the cost to do a engine swap to 3.6l would be way to much ,a 98 z28 or newer would be cheaper, though you could get an engine cheap all the work would be re wireing the whole car different trans ,check out some other sites ls tech ,spend 6 7 k on an ls car or less if your shop, couse I think you will spend more for this swap, then in the end you still got a v6 with 246rwhp ,you can do so much more with a v8 at less cost, there are many swaps for the 3.8l cars but the 3.4l cars well Money, but many more for the v8 cars an the power then is unlimited pretty much within reason an with v8 cars you dont have to change everything but the shell like a v6 car
