Default code with no symptoms

P0100 and p069e codes and no symptoms. Changed mass air flow already. Anyone else have these codes together?

Unhappy Ghost P069E code

No symptoms, I unplugged the fuel system module inspected the connections for a loose wire or contact but everything looked good, zipped tied the s%#t out of it to secure it tightly to the base and the MIL light did go away for a couple of days, then it came back please advise.

Have you tryed clearing the codes and seeing how long it takes to come back. The codes seem unrelated unless it is a under hood grounding issue.
