Talking Heres an idea...

How about an owner of a 2002 LE SS with less than 7000 miles. Check my garage for pics and call if your interested. 864-593-7991. Have all the docs and spotless carfax to go with it.

I am a newbie when it comes to muscle cars. Only imports lol
Well depending on where you are and how much you look, you can find a 1ss for under $30,000. What do you have now?

Panda, If you are looking for transportation...the LS will be a great car. If you like going to the drag strip, then look at the SS. I just got a LS and I am very pleased with the 312 HP from the V6 engine. Very smooth, and better than expected mileage from a tankful.

You know in all honesty i have been a 8 guy... this is actually the first time i went after the 6... i see a lot of potential in it.. especially considering that the 5th generation V6 has has 37 more horsepower than the 4th gen SS... I have gotten a chance to drive both and i decided on the LT... I love the car so far... and please don't buy an automatic... lol

What 4th gen ss are you talking about? Must be the lt1 cause the ls1 has more power than the 5th gen v6
