Any true camaro enthusiast would love to get a modern day Zapper!

And if they stuck with a smaller engine, they could probably get some really nice gas milage out of it too. That's help consumers and the new CAFE standards crap.

The Z28 is not happening for at least 5 years allegedly, according to the "knowledgeable" GM Rep. stationed at the Camaro exhibit at the Chicago Autoshow this year...

The Z-28 started out as a bare bones race car with the 302 CI V8 and were a rear bear to run on the streets with the tune every 1000 miles solid lifter motor. The advertised HP was 290, actuallty put out closer to 400 in 1967. No automatic, no AC and 373 or 411 gears. Being 3 years out of high school I wanted the bb SS with all the goodies. Now my 70, 82, 87, 90, 93, 94, 95, 99 Z's got to be a bit more luxury, some were IROC's. As for the 2010, the Z is ready to go with slight body mods and the CTS-V motor. They may not produce on a lorge level due to the CAFE regs. See the latest Motor Trend complete with pictures. That is the one I want!!!
