Newbie here. Have a questions about 21" oem wheels

So I just got my 2010 camaro ss. Was about to buy a set of oem 21" wheels (machined with black) and they are all 20x8.5. Is this correct? Arent they suppose to be staggered?

It depends. I think there were 2 different versions available...not sure if it was based on year or model. I purchased a set of 2011 21" takeoffs and they are staggered.
