LS3 any engine problems in 2011 +
So I am looking to trade in my 2011 M3 which honestly is not a modification friendly vehicle, it costs way too much to modify and has no service manual. Can you believe that...no service manual and no one makes one for it...costs 250 a month for some online service manual through BMW...C'mon. This car is seriously over rated ...
On top of that the S65 engine in the M3 has known internal engine issues like bearing issues and variable valve timing issues that I don't want to deal with.
How about the Ls3? Are you guys experiencing any known and documented recurring internal engine problems with the LS3 in your Camaros? Pushrods, lifters, valves??
THANKS EVERYONE!!

I haven't heard any common problems with them. Even so, there is TONS AND TONS AND TONS of aftermarket support for the LS series family. I would not be afraid to say that there is more aftermarket support for the LS than the original SBC.
