After driving a little more something that is really noticable is the engine sound. It sounds very nice while under load, such as going up hill or whatever.

So going on a month and the gas milage has gone down to 17.6 from 17.8.

370 from summit, but then they price matched and gave me back 30ish. So 340 including shipping.

any drilling..or does the existing box have the same mounting locations ?

I used nothing but a screwdriver and socket set. The only "difficult" part was the clip that hold on the vent hose to the manifold, but that was just getting a good grip on it.

It is pic 3, just left of the green electrical connector. Not the greatest pic, but easy to find on the car.

good...I've seen a K&N set up in person...just not in the chrome tube, and it seems tobe the most in place looking setup I've seen, a couple others I've seen just look like they don't belong...knowing that it bolts right up without any drilling makes it even better, thanks for the info !!

Funny stuff, I was showing the SS to a buddy and blew into the CAI to get some dust out and the engine damn near died. I told him I must have some bad breath, but I didnt think that little amount of my own CO2 would have such an effect.
