Shouldnt be functional. The ones on the 1st gens werent. I think its a nod at the creator, Mr. Z.

Wow, you guys are getting all upset over a hitch. I say a hitch that sat in further and isn't as noticeable would be OK.

Other than that, the car looks sick. My only question is: What it that small silver pipe looking thing in the grille?

Hey, a built-in hitch is a nice value-added, for when I get my boat ;-)

So, you guys have never moved cars before? In the trailer there is a 2 inch ball connector. This keeps the car in place during transport. Pretty common on cars that arent show, but get transported alot, like this test car.
