Getting ready to install a dash cam in my car. I'm pretty much finish all I need to know is what is positive (hot) port and the negative port in the outlet. I want to use F17 or F18 these are the power outlets on the fuse box. These are the ports that suppose to turn on when the key is in the ignition and turn off once the key is removed. When placing the multimeter in each port I'm not getting any reading of 12v at the top or bottom. so don't know how to place my fuse tap

 

Update: Camaro 2013. No power is going to the f17 or f18 on the fuse box. is there a video or instructions to get power to those ports?
