Default Anyone install a sub from GM or have the factory head unit out?

I see that GM offers a sub (1050 beans?) and was just wondering if anybody bought one or knows how it hooks up. I imagine that it is a speaker level type connection, but before I go cutting into the rear speaker wires I would like to find out if there are any line level outs from the head unit.

I have a decent amp that has both speaker and line level outs and of course would rather use line level.

thanks!

Default GM Subwoofer

I did install it, found it at Pace Parts in Ohio for 875 and had dealership install it for 100. Looks like it fits right in - no drilling. Sounds ok
