Hello, hoping for some insight here. My convertible top latch handle will not stay in the stored position. The handle seems to operate correctly to latch or unlatch the convertible top. With top closed and latched, the handle should store in a recessed area overhead, but instead drops free. The handle can freely be pushed into the stored position, just does not stay there. This started a few weeks ago, daughter had driven the car and operated the top, but not aware of anything specific happening to cause the malfunction.. Research so far indicates that there may be something broken, i.e a metal part that retains the handle in stored position, but I have been unable to find a description or picture of the part. If anyone can explain what retains that handle in stored position, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.
