Default 2011 Camaro RS

I have never had this issue but car won’t turn over or start. I also hear a clicking sound when I hit the alarm to unlock the doors. My check engine light is also flashing very fast. I changed the battery but still the same issues

check oil level and coolant level. if something is wrong that will harm the engine or trans I think ses light flashes fast and won't let you start. also check battery cables and posts for any coating if not clean wire brush the heck outa them. check battery cables for lose connections and connectors not tight to the wire. other then that need to scan for trouble codes to see what that ses light is for

Thanks for the reply. it threw a code U0100 and when i researched that it told me it could be the ecm controller or fuse. I checked the fuse #5 and it was blown. i changed the fuse and boom, it started right up
