88 305 tpi service engine light - Camaro Forums

Hi, My daughters 88 IROC 305 tpi 106k mi. service engine light has been coming on. I flashed the computer and got three and then four flashes. The decoding in the Haynes manuel doesn't seem right. I replaced the o2 sensor but didn't make a difference. Also the idle seems erratic at times but I can't seem to find any vacuum leaks. Any ideas? Thanks!

IF THATS NOT IT TRY THE IDLE CONTROL CENSOR, THAT WAS A PROB. WITH MINE. IF ITS BAD UR CAR WILL NOT IDLE RIGHT, ALSO IF IT IS MOVED UP OR DOWN IT WILL MAKE IT IDLE DIFFERENT TOO. AARON

Hey thanks Aaron, I cleaned the MAF and after resetting the ECM the light has been off for the past week. Hopefully this will help someone else.
