my seats in my IROC z have gone and r all out of shape. Anyone have maybe quite possibly a site I can go to, to buy some new seats? And do 4th gen F body seats fit 3rd gens perfectly?

Best source would be E-bay. 4th gen seats are a direct fit (except power seats) and can be switched out in a hour or less. (8) 14 mm fasterners for both fronts & (4) 14 mm for the rear. I did this in my IROC-Z five years ago, and used black & gray seats from a 1995 Z-28. Expect to payabout $200/400 for them depending on condition
