Default headers for a camaro

Yes i have a pro-street camaro with a 468 big block and a aftermarket set of heads with a raised exhaust port. What is the best header to use in this car. the headers I have now rub on the suspension and the steering box. Im looking at a cheaper set of headers to use. i cant afford $1,000 set of headers. Thanks

well, you can always dent the part of the header hitting the suspension, but if you dont want to, try shorty headers or block huggers to give you some clearence. shorty headers would get you good high rpm power on a pro street, jsut what its set for.

Nope, shortie headers do not flow like a longtube and will HURT high rpm power.
