ibought a 92 camaro rs w/ a 3.1 engine a few weeks ago. the brakes werelocked up when i bought it because the car had been sitting and the back brakes fell apart. so i replaced all the brakes in the front and the back including the rear wheel cylinders. then i noticed the front brakes were grabbing so i replaced the calipers, but that didnt fix the problem. when i drive and release the gas, the car will sometimesslow to a complete stop. when i use the brakes and release them, they veryslowly and noisilyrelease enough to turn the tires. some times its not too bad, and other times its really bad.also the brakes are hard and take a while to slow the car. have bled brakes numerous times. ANY IDEAS?

I FIXED THE PROBLEM, TURNS OUT THE FRONT BRAKE HOSES WERE BADLY CLOGGED AND INBAD SHAPESO THEY WERE NOTALLOWING ENOUGHPRESSURE TO ENGAGE AND RELEASE THE BRAKES LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO.
