Default Carbon deposit problems & direct injection

Those of you thaw own Camaros with the V6 direct injection engine, may want to read this article, and possibly avoid future problems.

thanks for posting, it does say in the owners manual to use toptier fuel, i guess this is why. But it says in that article that Gm & ford are best at avoiding those problems.

Ford and GM worked around this problem, and Chrysler is not doing much with DI at this point. The Japanese cars are using a combination of DI and old style MP injection to keep the valves clean. The German cars are the ones with most of the problems, probably due to the "superior German engineering" they always advertise. lol
