Default Bad Vibrations in My '84 at Highway Speeds

I get some bad vibrations from the font end when I get over say 40 mph in my '84 Z28. It's fine at lower speeds. It did not have this before (say 20 years back,) but it's sat a lot in storage over that time. It was last inspected in Sept 2022.

What do we think? Could this be just a wheel balance issue? Or maybe a suspension component? Something else?

Thanks for any suggestions,
Ed

Might be tires after sitting that long, almost bet on it.
Check the date codes, over 10 years old they need to go no matter how good the tread is.
