Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
I picked this one up at Hot August Nights in Reno this year. Supposed to be the 3rd owner. Stock car with some new/rebuilt items. I have a 468 in the garage waiting for a spot. For now this is just the family fun car.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Currently has the stock 327/210 motor and I just picked up some 461 heads, Edelbrock manifold and looking for a 600 cfm carb to put on it.
Next Winter (of 2017) I'll drop in the 468 motor with 550 hp 540 tq figures. Should be fun.
Suspension Modifications:
Stock now. Looking to put some Upper/Lower tubular control arms & new springs. New KYB shocks going on next week. Rear will get the "split" springs (has mono now) and Caltrac bars. Would like to find a 8.5" 10 bolt posi rear end. 4 wheel disk brakes soon too.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
14" Ralleys on it now - 235/60/14s to be changed out for the biggest 17s I can fit - which I believe is 17x8 up front and 17x9.5 in rear.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Stock Deluxe interior now - very clean - factory bench seat. Wife likes it so 6 people can ride in it. Would love to go buckets & center console, but might have to buy another car for that.
Future Modifications:
Full lowered suspension (not quite the G-machine thing) but something comfortable and a good ride while being able to have some fun in the twistys.
