Description:
Started this from a stock Austin sedan in July 2010. On the street by Christmas 2010, and hopefully it will get paint in fall of 2011.

Not really a Mini, but there's no category for an Austin sedan.
My car is a 1946 Austin 4 dr. sedan. All stock right now, but not for long!
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Original 4 cyl. flathead, with 4 spd., soon to change. Just installed the narrowed 10 bolt.
Suspension Modifications:
Original straight front axle, mecahnical brakes,
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
Wheels are original, now the rears changed to 8.5x15" ET slots, with MT Sportsman 29x11.5x15 out back. Fronts are 3.5x15 Ansen slots, with 165x75x15 tires.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
All new black naugahyde interior (owner built). Old Harwood racing buckets, with 4 pt. harnesses, 4 pt. rollbar. Equus gauges, and Autometer tach.
Future Modifications:
327 small block with Holley Pro Dominator tunnel ram, dual 450 Holleys, Hilborn style scoop, TH350 trans, narrowed 10 bolt with 3.73 gears, Speedway gasser front axle, fenderwell headers, lots of frame and suspension mods for the drag strip.
This will be a 60's style gasser and street legal (barely!) cruiser.
