22’ ZL1, manual,convertible; is there a speed restriction or speed limit on this vehicle?

 

I think there is on the soft tops,check your owners manual.

I think the main reason we're seeing these speed restrictions on our 21+ Camaros is due to the more advanced stability control systems and the emphasis on safety features. It's not just about the car's potential, it's about how the manufacturer wants to protect the driver and other road users.

 

I've found that speed restrictions can be pretty pesky, especially when cruising on highways at 70-80mph and the Camaro's adaptive cruise control keeps trying to adjust speed to match traffic conditions. Has anyone else noticed this on their 2021+ models?
