Default whats best way to fix all this

ok this is how i got the car i got it for free and it aint in the best condition but i love it...now i plan on doing all the body work myself except for the paint...and i know bondo will do wonders but i know bondo cracks sometimes after a few years and i live in miami where theres plenty of heat and sun. so i wanna get some input on what are my optionsfor fixing the car up and prepping it for paint, and if anyone knows the color code to the original paint on the car i would appreciate that thanks.

If you can't weld it then a good long term fix is with fiberglass and resin to fix the holes. all the rust has to be ground off down to shiny metal. for the small holes, tiger hair wich is bondo with fiberglass. The fiberglass & resin is cheap and does not rust. and is easy to work with, messy as hell but medical gloves are cheap as well.

I can tell you heat and sun does not do that. The huricanes do! If you could weld I would sugest a roof skin. It would be a lot less welding and warpage than to patch it.
