My friend has given me a choice out of 3 body kits to choose from to put on my 96 Camaro for a engagement gift and I love to hear other peoples thoughts so please feedback

What you should do is try to find a Sports Appearance (RS) package... Those kits are a little too radical for me IMO

 

agreed. the RS package is a great addition without looking too gaudy. It looks sleek and fast. The venice kits are too busy for and it just doesnt look like a maro to me. But I mean hey its your gift and your car so as long as you like it, go for it man!

 

Another aftermarket one that looks good is the Xenon kit...

man if you want your car to look like a ricer you should have got a ricer, just leave it the way it is our get theRS package, not trying to be mean but a camaro stands out and when you rice it out you look like a suped up honda, just leave it the way it is that way when you come upbehind a ricer they knowwhat you are a get the hell out of the way.

 

Hey, if you were absolutely dead set on getting one of those kits, I would go with the sniper. But, you could also spend your $800 bucks on a pretty sweet SS hood
Just remember, you are the one who will be driving it, do what you like

 

That Vizage kit is OK. I like the side ground effects, the front is OK (not to sure though) and the rear ground effect may not work with all exhausts. I'm not sure but the picture kind of looks like plastic runs underneath the tail pipes. That would have toget cut off and refabbedon my car. I can just see that rear ground effect melting from the exhaust.
