Default Tailight Bulb Question

I have an 81 Camaro. I got pulled over tonight because I had no taillights....Thankfully he let me off with a warning...
My Brake lights I know I need 1157LL's. Does anyone know a website that has the information that gives the codes that tells me what bubls I need?....And not to mention...Ive had this car for a little over two years...The reverse lights NEVER worked....Ive replaced the bubls multiple times but thats not fixing it....does anyone know what I can do to make them work?

wat i would do is test the outlet to see if i had power just take a voltmeter and test it. and see if theres power. if no power its prolly a fried wire.
