SS Rims on a 95 Z28

SS Rims on a 95 Z28
Hey All,
I have bought a set of '99 SS Rims and I am trying to mount them on my '95 Z28. The front rims mount fine....but I cannot get the SS rims to slide on the rear center hubs.....the hub has a slight larger diameter than the center of the rim. Should I sand or file down the hub or the center of the rim? Anyone had this problem or any ideas as to what to try?
