Yeah that whole car besides the rims, roof and wind shild is photoshoped

Most likely Piaa or Hella lights. I've seen some similar to that.

yea that is just a really bad photoshop not to say that there arent headlights out there like that

There's a kit out there that used some piaa lights to replace the stockers. It was a little expensive though when it came out, and then it soon just went away.
