I have been looking at hoods online the past couple days and I am getting lots of conflicting info. What all years will fit on a 1984 base camaro? I have seen some stuff say 82-84 like the nose and i have seen 82-92. I really like the ss hood on hawks3rd gen, and my dad found one with a cowl for about half the price but I am afraid of buying something that doesnt fit.

 

82-92 should fit just like for my 2nd gen 70 looked completely different but 70-81 should fit mine, go with the SS hood! Looks sexy.

 

I believe any third gen hood will work, from what I have read so far 82-92 as far as the nose from the 85 it will fit the 84 but the ground effects for the z28 are different than that of an 84 that is the main difference that is something to think about if you have ground effects or are planning to add some.

 

82-92 will fit
