Dumb question,

I have seen other cars with the black headlight covers and was thinking of getting them for my camaro. Question is, If i drive at night, do i have to remove them or are the made to let the headlights shine through and not reduce visabiltiy?

visibility will be cut in half. good fog lights will take care of it.
