just a rs option for the v6's although some z's came with it. you know what, mine dont have t tops. first rs ive ever seen w/o t tops. that has the ground effects. by the way the factory grund effects are expencive as **** too.

 

yeah, I called a local dealership just to see if they sold the ground effects, even though I was sure it would be extremely expensive. Turns out they didnt even sell them..

 

heys first time on here hopefully you can help have 89 rs ground effects messed up both fenders and front bumper found car same color and model has mine should i swap motors have 383 stroker and good tranny in mine now just wrecked twice or just take the body stuff of the other car and put on mine. any tricks to get ground effects off without breaking them like i did on mine thanks

 

It would be easier to swap ground effect pieces. How did you break the old ones?

 

messed up both fenders and front bumper took off fender and broke ground effects are they rivited on or something

 

They are riveted in on the ends, and on mine (I assume it is the same on yours), there are hangers that hold it up along the length of it. Once you get the rivets off, you ought to be able to slide the ground effects up off the hangers. Like I said, that's how the 4th gen is, 3rd gen maybe a little different. You'll just have to get a closer look.
