Is there a way I can remove it without a rivet remover?

yep but it will look like mine an u cant put it back in...so u hav to fab up a bracket to hold ur plate back up

A drill. There will be holes where it was, but it shouldn't be too bad. I've got 2 holes in mine from where the plate use to be.

Dont take it off. The cops in the bay area will pull you over. Soon as I get my front endfixed I have to buy the stupid mount so I dont get pulled over anymore.

dont use a drill use a screw driver and a towel so u dont scratch ur front ed up and they pop off u hav to go to each rivet and it will take about 10 minutes...
