Default First of many questions (rear lights)

Ok, well today when I got off of work I noticed that one of pieces of the rear light was missing. What happened I do not know but I guess that's really not the point. [8D] Well, I was just wondering if there was a website where I could maybe just buy the entire piece or would I have to do that anyway? I don't like Ebay cause there are too many deceitful (sp?) people so that is not an option for me. Secondly I think my wiring for my rear lights are messed up. Some how when I press the brakes my signal lights (yellow lights)come on instead of my brake lights (red lights) and when I signal my brake lights blink. I don't know if it's just the wires mixed up of if the wires are bad cause there is some type of condensation inside the rear lights. I don't know if that affects anything at all. Finally, there is a light on my dashboard that I can't figure out what it means. I've heard it has something to do with electrical but I'm not sure. All pictures are below to help you guys out to help me out. Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated.

Brake light works on the tail but not on the edges.

Thanks,
SavageSix

First off, your lense thing is weird especially since your lights are messed up. I have a feeling what ever or who ever messed with your lense messed with your lights.

The reason why your lights are mixed up, is not the wiring, they were placed in the wrong socket! Remove your rear lights, then twist out the thing that is holding the bulb itself from the brake light area and the turn signal area, but dont remove any of the the bulbs, now just twist them back on to where they really belong. The brake light ones go in the turn signal and vise versa.

By the way, they don't sell that part. You have to buy the whole light. Ebay is the cheapest and best place. Most are fine if you do your homework. I have spent thousands of dollars on ebay, including my car! my big screen tv, computers, wheels, movies...etc. The only problems ever, was a hood and because I used paypal I got all my money back. The other was a $23 memory card, no big deal. So if you try somewhere else you are going to pay alot more. Search different forums like LS1tech.com or Camaroz28.com and see if someone will sell them to you.

That symbol means you need water/coolant dude.

NONONO, that's the blinker fluid light! See, his blinker cover fell off and all of the fluid leaked out.

Seriously, though, yeah, that's the coolant indicator. Top off with the correct 50/50 coolant mixture.

As for the light, you pretty much have 3 options. The first option is to buy from ebay. The second option would be from a forum. People part cars out all the time, and you can sometimes catch good deals on parts. The third is the junkyard. I don't consider the dealership an option on a part that they're going to mark up 1500%.
