Some one hit my camaro and drove off! It is sorta of a bad dent so i tried to push it out and it looks a lil better but not by much. It is on the passenger side above the rear tire. any hints i would appreciate. So far i have taken a plunger to it and took out some of the dent. but still looks bad. and Body shops are expensive. Thanx in advance

 

need to sand the area down to the bare metal . get a pull hammer ( fairly cheap ) screw it in several places and pop most of the dent out, get some bondo ( you can buy it anywhere ) fill the remaining dent and pull hammer holes with it. sand it down with sandpaper
feather the edges with very fine sand paper. prime it ... then sand again with very fine sandpaper. clean the area throughly with a damp rag. then paint it. sick
