i wanna get rims this spring 4 my car. i have a red '98 v6 w/ground effects. what do u think would look better, black or chrome rims? i'm on the fence and cant decide.

Flip a coin or go with your gut feeling on what looks best.You did not say what type of wheels you were looking at.
