Hey ive got a 83 camaro Z28 and i was wondering how to get the lower pinstriping off and where i can buy a replacement.....help?

I'm not sure the best way to remove the old stripes but Classic Industries has the stripe kits. I'm sure Year One and the other resto companies carry them as well.

just go to your local autobody supply shop and they will have stuff that will make taking off the stickers pretty easy
