What do you guys think about painted brake plates? Thought about painting mine red to match my car

 

If by plates you mean calipers then yes, you should. I think the only colors that look good are black, white, silver, and red. But if you use your own discretion then go with what you would like. Post up some pics if you do.

 

yea i meant calipers. Im thinkin bout red. Is is best to remove ang paint...or cover it all up and only remove the rims?

 

The best time to paint is when you have to do any brake work so that you can do a better job at painting the whole caliper.
