Silverstars are great as far as vision goes, but when it comes to rain and fog its kind of hard to see, im glad i have some yellow foglight capsules on my car. A good halogen bulb, that is similar to the silverstar and look similar to hids but pricey are PIAA lights.

Oh yeah i forgot to mention the really blue ricer lights are ILLEGAL, it doesnt matter if the police in your area dont enforce it, they are still illegal. And the really blue lights have very very crappy light output.
