Default Billet Grille

hey im thinkin about gettin a billet grille from www.grillcraft.comfor my 01'. the instalation looks pretty easy but in the pics it looks like there instaling it on top of the standard grille that comes with most 01 camaros. is instalation the same when instaling it withoutthe standard grille attached?

As long as there is something there that sticks out as much as the standard grille it should be fine. If you dont have anything there though the only thing I can think of happening is that the grill would be sunken in a little. You should be fine though with your SLP grille in there though.

but theres no place to screw in the billet grille if i have the SLP under it

sooo i guess ill just install it without a grille underneath it. but does it screw right in to the holes that are already on thefront bumber?

It appears as though it would. It doesn't say anything about drilling extra holes.
