Default Billet Grill

For those of you who have the billet grills for the front bumper on the 98-02s. Did u have to remove the factory license plate area? Is it possible to put the grill over top of this so there is still somewhere to mount the license plate cuz its mandatory to run one in ohio

u should take it out an make or buy a bracket that mounts under the front bumper like this car has and u will be good plus it will look better im running no front plates only pulled over once so far an said i hit a animal an it ripped it off and i ordered a new bracket haha
