that motor was aftermarket i had thought and previously equipped with the 200 by the prev owner so i probably would have sprayed it too.....

go 454 and de-stroke it to a 40x or 39x, rev that ***** up to 12k
Close... Its an aftermarket engine... but I installed the N.O.S kit myself last month, I posted pics of the install remember? lol... And it WAS built to handle the spray, N.O.S cam and all. I guess somthing else was wrong with it, and that just put it over the edge... non the less, I need a new engine now, Im leaning to the 427, see what I can afford, Ive blown a lot of money on cars lately, need to slow down a bit... ( AFTER I build this one again )

On that kind of shot it only a second to run lean and end up bad. At least you got a good story.

I agree, I think its cause I had my timing set for a 175 shot...

I had to slow down by down shifting... And standing on the brake... steering was hard as hell too... but im still here, so it worked ok.
