so, i realize that not everyone here may believe me, but that's fine. just telling my story.

headed out for a day long road trip today. had some fun, did some cruising, got to tag along behind a GT40. he hit me with a few exhaust notes. im not a ford guy, but that thing is sick.

about the time i was running behind the GT40, a 2000 or 2001 M3 pulled up behind me, coming up close and backing off. we got onto a hill climbing towards my city that was single lane with a semi in front.

the lane turned into double and the semi pulled out of the way. we both stepped on it, and pulled from 55 - 115 MPH, dead even. traffic came up, so we both pulled back down. once it cleared, he was in front and we pulled from 40-90 MPH, again dead even.

got a nod from the driver and his passenger after.

might not believe, but i had my fiancee with me in the car. so i got my witness.

a friend of mine owns an 03 M3, so i know that they can go.
