on stock internals yes, but since when has a TURBOCHARGER been INSIDE the engine genius??? the turbo's can put out enough air flow to make anything over 350hp.
kid, you make me lol. so a chip, intake and exhaust S4 is what you're running?? hello high 13's. considering a stock S4 is good for 14.5's in the 1/4.
and you're also claiming power to weight, yet you drive a car that weights 3800lbs before you sit your lard a$$ in it???

I just brought out my car to talk with alih. And a stock S4 will run 14.0 in the 1/4 and with a chip/catback making it stage 2 will run low 13s, and it weights 3590lbs.

check your facts kid, the record for the fastest stock B5 S4 is a 14.3@97mph.
i've seen a few run low 13's, but not highly common. and quite a few had to have more upgrades than just intake, exhaust (full turbo back, not that catback crap) and tune. most had to have aftermarket FMIC, wastegates and/or boost controllers
