and i dont know much about gears but i do know mine are stock what would be a good set of gears to get?

I don't know if you are auto or a manual. If you are an auto go 3.73 manual 4.10 but be careful cuz it will be easier to break your rearend like I did. My SS has 3.90 in the back and I broke the ring and now I'm getting it rebuilt...Remember your not going fast enough if you don't break anything.

I have a 6 speed manual but its a daily driver would 4.10 gears be worth it?

I would suggest going for some other boltons first, if you go for more aggresssive gears your gas milage goes down, so for a DD that may not be something that you want. Get a lid, cat back, headers/Y-pipe, good tires to hook up, you'll be making pretty good power after that.
