yeah that cobalt was bad as fxck. it had a turbo but idk if it was a new one. didnt get a good look.
he kept going 100mph into "policeville" when i turned.

but on a side note:
no one was at the "spot" last night so we went cruising around.
i ended up driving next to a new GTO and were swerving in and out of traffic like fools.
then we get on an empty street with all flashing lights and he stomps it and pullsaway
then he slowed down and i got right at his bumper doing like 60mph we both hit it at the same time and he only pulled one length on me then he couldnt get away???? i stayed right there one length behind him up to 105mph then we had to slow down for the turn.
but im like wtf?? Its a 6.0l 6speed ?!?!? my only answer is that he was already in 5th or 6th gear when i punched it into 4th??
but i swear he shifted when i shifted to 5th. at least it looked like it.
i thought for sure that car wouldve got up and left me at those speeds. but he wast gaining any after the initail pull to one length.
im pretty sure it wasnt an auto. cause earlier he was down shifting when we were going thru traffic.
i dont get it. i always thought new GTOs were apeshxt speed monsters. with like 8mpg lol

maybe he was drunk? he pulled into a bar after the turn

the ls2 GTO's are..... well, try to envision a morbidly obese dog trying to run on a tile floor. thats kindof how they are. fat, bad traction, and difficult to handle. they usually run in the 13s in the area of ls1 fbodies. the ls1 GTO's are high 13s but even a low 14 isnt uncommon out of those things. are you absolutely certain it was an ls2? he may have put dual exhaust or something on an ls1 because ur right, the 6.0 goat should have creamed u from a roll.
