i love the rsx, and would willing give up my z for one, but racing the two would be a waste of gas
z wins hands down unless he has a bunch of work done + cheater juice, i would put money on that race

 

Not even nitrous would help a near stock K20 it is a very high comp engine and you could only run a small shot. Even with a SC or a turbo the car can only run low boost with out going to mild mods to heavy mods.

 

nitrous loves compression. u dont have to worry about it when determining shot size. however, component strength is another issue

 

u will murder him.. i have a v6. 3.8 and beat my frined in his rsx 2 times out of 3

 

With high compressionand internals thatmade for a low 200 hp caryou limet the power the car can make before boom. The most i have ever seen any one runon the streetis a 75 and most honda guys will tell you with outgood tuning and supporting mods notto push it any harder. But even with a 75 shot i dont see it being a match for a LS1.

 

alot of ls1 guys run nitrous on compressions over 11:1. if it goes boom its not because of the compression. thats a boost thing

 

For the a small 4cylinder car, from my knowledge in civics 50 is the max or you will end up messing your stock internals up. Those 4bangers no way made for nitrous unless it has built internals

 

i agree with you guys. I wouldnt spray it big either. but its not the compression that does it. those internals just dont handle the forces. a stock d16 sohc isnt going to handle alot of extra hp no matter how it gets there
