So last night I was sitting in a parking lot talking with my brother and a friend of mine. We sat there for about 15 minutes and a 99-02 Cobra came by us and revved at me. I looked at him and let hm go. I've ran into twice on the road and revved and he said no both times. I didn't feel like it was worth the chase. Well 15 minutes later a guy in my town that has a 04 procharged GT came by and revved. I've been wanting to race him so for a while he said it was 14 psi on a stock internaled motor so here was my chance. I go after him and we go out to a empty country road. We slow down to 30 mph and kick it to 100 and slow down then. From the start we were side by side and it stayed that way it ended in a tie. I didn't think I would do that well I thought he would beat me. I mainly wanted to see how fast it really was or helphim blow it up. I thought I did well what do you guys think? My car is in my sig.

Oh and he gave me a ricer excuse. He said his supercharger belt was slipping and his tires were bald.
Sounds like a ricer in a VROOM VROOM car.

 

nice run. first of all, he isnt running 14 psi, no way no how. that motor would go pop. probably something like 9-10 psi max. ur gears help u out too. I would still expect a SC GT to have the edge on a bolton ls1, but not that much of one. Nice run

No I didn't spray him I didn't have time to open the valve. Wish I did though. I think he might be lying on the psi but he said for sure that it had 14 psi. I looked it had a really really small pulley on it. That is the real reason I raced him was to see if it would blow up. He said he'll have to race me again sometime next time I'll have to spray him[sm=devilgrin.gif]

Also I thought maybe the driver had something to do with it. [sm=gears.gif]
