Well i wasnt meaning to call anyone out haha. Cars do unpexcted things sometimes. Maybe i just had a very nice 3.4 and she had a crappy 3.8? Anyways, when i was talking about that chip, is an average of 32 hp gain a realistic claim? Do you have any idea what it will do to mine?

i didnt know u could get a chip for a 95. i thought u had to send the ecm in and have it burned. its coming so let us know how the install goes and what the results are. keep holding the camaro name up and win the next one too.

 

im kinda grumpy tonight and dont really feel like getting called out by some kid who won a stock auto street race and thinks a chip will net 30 hp.

A mustang 3.8 of that year is a faster car than a 3.4L camaro. You asked for odds and input and that is what u got. kudos on the race win but dont try to rub my face in it - you'll end up sounding like a moron

do you seriously believe that bullsh*t that comes spewing from those companies???? that chip did absolutely nothing. most of the "performance" chips that you're going to find on the market are just resistors. they're inserted into the O2 sensors electrical circuit so that the ECU sees the O2 sensor reading lean. then it just throws more fuel into the engine.

i know how you won, you raced a blonde driving a Mustang. my guess, she didn't even go WOT. i'm gonna laugh when your friend beats you with his Mustang.

1- She was is OD with traction control OFF
2- My car isnt stock
3- If you read my post, i clearly said, "Oh(surprised), i didnt mean to call anyone out."
4- About the chip, If you read the rest of it, i clearly say, "I dont know if thats true."

i admit that i dont know a plethora of knowledge on every aspect of cars, BUT thats why i joined this website so maybe i could learn something. Well it appears to me that i wont learn anything from you guys. If you dont have any info that will help me, then i dont care what you have to say. Also, isnt this a camaro website? Why would you be rooting for the mustang?

It didnt specify crank or wheels. And it said you can adjust it to whatever octane youre running. And it doesnt just make it run fat. It sees what its running and makes it stoich. Really guys,..... i even asked if it was a realistic claim! 1990 CamaroRS, you about **** your pants. I didnt say it would add 32 hp, i was asking if that was even possible. From now on i'll rephrase what im saying a couple different ways so you can understand.
