tape it to the roof. hahaha.

Go to a long straight strip where no body is usually at. That way you can have your friends tape it from the side lines. Thats your best option. But if you ABSOLUTELY have to do the filming yourself, have it taped to the passengers dash looking out the drivers window...or vise versa (depending on which side of you he is on)
