Well not really but it was funny... I was on my way home the other night and was behind some guy doing 40. A newer model Mustang comes flying up behind me and gets right in my ***. He goes to pass and apparently realized there was a car in front of me and not having enough room to pass. So he continued to ride my ***. I finally got to a passing lane and decided to pass and just slammed the throttle, of course the Mustang followed, or tried to lol. I hit about 80 mph (out of aggravation due to the slow driver and Mustang in my ***) and coasted back down to 60 (the Mustang jumping right back on my bumper).

Well the ****er behind me starts revving his engine up behind me and riding my *** harder and pumping his throttle... On my way home it's pretty curvy except for the first time I passed and then this one LONG straight stretch. Well I was already pissed and the moron on my *** wasn't helping. So when he went to pass me, as soon as he got beside me I slammed the gas... He got a little ahead of me and I got up to 4k rpm (car loves top end) and just walked away... I got up to around 110 or so (stupid I know) and slowed back down to 60.

The best part was I see his headlights coming up behind me and he FLIES by me. Obviously proving that his car was better than mine because he can pull off the VC fly by.

I was in a much better mood after that because it was hilarious AND he had to pull a U turn because he missed his turn lol.

Obviously it was a V6 unless my V6 is capable of running sub 13s and I'm not aware of it lol.

 

You did the exact opposite of what I would have done. I would have slowed down and followed the speed limit exactly when he couldn't pass just to **** him off more...

 

The same thing happens to me with like mini-vans and people driving sedans. everyone is in a hurry to go no where. but I love blocking ricers when i go 5 under and they try to buzz by me...thats always fun
